This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. At Fletcher we are shifting the paradigms of the civil industry. Our Logistics Coordinator will manage all aspects of the transportation of Plant Machinery to sites across Australia.


Experience and knowledge in the civil construction industry and/or heavy haulage of plant machinery is essential

The role:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, and transportation.
  • Direct, schedule, and Coordinate all float and heavy haulage operations
  • Manage local and interstate transportation
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate all transportation of plant machinery and equipment
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure standards of health and safety, hygiene and security are met


Key attributes:

  • Interpersonal and conflict management skills
  • Experience in Heavy Haulage is required
  • Knowledge of the civil industry is required
  • Being comfortable with accomplishing multiple tasks to a high level of accuracy

At Fletcher, we were the first ever in Australia to have the next generation Caterpillar fleet and we pride ourselves on late model machinery. About the role

Fletcher Bros Solutions is seeking Grader Operators for projects around Adelaide . Applicants must be willing to work away from home in circumstances - we are offering rosters or full time living away in the case.

Experienced operators required. Certainly a great place to thrive as a skilled operator as there is a great variety of work and excellent plant to operate.

Ability to keep the machines presentable and damage free is a must, as the majority of the fleet is late model and is regularly upgraded.

Works are throughout the East Coast of Australia, on Wind Farms, Subdivisions, Road Works and Major infrastructure projects. Some works are 24/7 so night shift may be part of the schedule.
